1, Will you pack goods on pallets?

For airfreight goods, we usually don’t pack goods on pallets

For seafreight goods, we usually pack goods on pallets to protect goods during shipping. If there is special requirement from clients, we will follow it.


2, What’s your delivery terms?

We apply Incoterms 2000 as default rules for seafreight shipping. There are four common terms, EXW, FOB, DDU, DDP. We use FOB terms mostly.

You can simple understand these terms as below.

EXW- EX-work: We finish our obligation when make the goods ready. Clients arrange the picking up and shipping themselves.

Clients choose this term usually have their cooperated forwarders.

FOB- We send goods to port, we don’t afford shipping.

Clients which choose usually have cooperated forwarders.

DDU: Delivery to your door without tax paid.

DDP: Delivery to your door with tax paid.


3, How long will it take for the shipping?

For courier: it will take about 3~7work days.

For airfreight: it will take about 5~10 work days.

For seafreight: It depends the destination, the rough time as below is only for you to refer.

US and Canada, East Coast— 4-5 weeks

Europe— 5-6 Weeks

Australia— 2-3 Weeks

Central / South America— 4-6 Weeks

 

4, What if my shipment is damaged in transit?

All projects are insured for 100% of their value against damage or  loss in transit.
